There are lots of vegan items to choose from. They have a very good selection of mock meats in the freezer. There's vegan soups, vegan dairy products, locally sourced fermented vegetables, and and organic produce. The bulk section is excellent. They have several vegan meals in the grab and go refrigerator case, but it often empties out. Their selection is unusual; you'll find a lot of items you've never seen before, and may not find some vegan foods you expect to see. Overall, though, this store has a nice feel to it, like health food stores form the 70's. To get good prices, it's definitely worth it to get the membership. Twenty five dollars gets you nice discount, and seniors over 65 get the same discount without buying a membership.
I go here all the time to buy the food ingredients I can’t find at Kroger. Great prices, especially if you have the member card ($10/year). They don’t have much in the way of a deli other than some sandwiches (one is usually vegan but none are GF). Good frozen section and bulk bin area. They have local and seasonal produce as well.
This shop has a pretty decent selection of natural products. The prices are also fairly reasonable. I agree with another reviewer, the shop is pretty messy appearing and slightly disorganized. They could use some merchandise coordination! I was glad to find this kind of shop in this area (I'm a visitor).
Although this is privately owned, they are really cool people!
The store has everything you would expect from a health food store. MUCH NEEDED in our area. They recently moved locations, ok like 3 years ago now )
If in Blackburg area, this is your oasis of food for home preparation. Not to be confused with place named Oasis, which is pricy and less choice.
Eats is now located inside Oasis world market--so both of my favorite stores are now together. Shopping is made much easier. I guess one problem is that after you have bags from one store, you have to hide them with the clerk or go out to the parking lot to unload them before moving on to the next store. I prefer this store over the other natural food store in Blacksburg. Better prices and better parking.

Pros: very good vegan selection, hard to find items like WFPB burgers
Cons: may not have everything on your list, a little pricy if you don't get membership
