Vegan Fine Dining Without All The Processed Junk! I - Edit
I have been desperately waiting for a place north of salt lake to have vegan food and it's finally here! It is sooo difficult to find any "healthy" vegan options outside of salt lake, so when I heard this place had vegan food I was super excited.
Read moreGenerally places that have meat dishes have crappy vegan options. Can be made vegan usually means, you can get it without the sauce dry and basically eat a salad! I am so happy this was not the case. They have almost everything made with coconut milk instead of cream or dairy. They don't put chicken stock in any of their food. Everything is just made with the healthiest stuff possible.
Pros:
Outstanding Food, local, organic, lots of tasty vegan options, ambiance, owners are the chef and server so great customer service, quite affordable.
Cons: The name was hard to remember heard about the place and couldn't find it anywhere. The hours are a bit funky.
