Good Marinara Pizza - Edit
The Eataly restaurant offers a few vegan options. We come for the marinara pizza. The crust is super thin and delicious. It is covered in tomato sauce, fresh basil, and roasted garlic.
Read moreOn this visit we also tried the rustic bread and olive oil, as well as the rosemary focaccia bread. The focaccia bread stood out and came with rosemary olive oil and salt.
I wanted something green so we ordered the only vegan salad item - a panzanella salad. Though tasty, I was disappointed because it was a bowl primarily filled with rosemary focaccia croutons and had a price tag of $18. There were a few tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and onions mixed in.
Bottom line - tasty food but a carb overload!!
Pros: Fast service, Tasty food
Cons: Only a few vegan options , All vegan options are carb based

Eatly - Edit
Hmm. I'm a little perplexed why Eatlay is listed on HC, but maybe I missed something. You can buy vegan friendly pastas and groceries here. I've had plain basic spaghetti and cheeseless pizza here throughout the years. It's fine...they could do better though (in terms of vegan options). I still shop and dine here...used to come to this location a lot when it first opened.

A few vegan options - Edit
They have just a couple of vegan options here and if there were more added I would increase the star level. They do have milk alternatives in the cafe, vegan gelato and one vegan dish in the restaurant upstairs. I do love their focaccia which is vegan and would highly recommend that!
