Clean, lovely, and delicious food! - Edit
We loved that there was a very large, separate, vegan menu, and that they prepare their vegan options in a separate part of their kitchen. It seems to be run by a husband/wife duo.
Read moreThe atmosphere is clean, bright, and calm. The food was amazing. I ordered a vegan buffalo chicken salad with blue cheese dressing, and my daughter ordered their special soup which was vegan turmeric chickpea orzo. Both were delicious. 
While I was eating my salad, someone came up and was so interested in what I had because it looked so tasty! He promptly ordered the dish that I had and I hope he enjoyed it as much as I did!

Great vegan lunch! - Edit
Eat is just a quick drive from downtown & has a set vegan menu as well as rotating specials. My go-to is the vegan chicken caesar wrap with fries. It’s crisp, light, and has croutons! It’s loaded with vegan chicken and is so filling. The fries are crispy even if you get them to go! A takeout rarity! I highly recommend Eat to vegans and non vegans alike!

I’ve visited Eat a couple of times, and have yet to be disappointed! I’ve had the steak and cheese grinder with fries, harvest chicken noodle soup, and a breakfast sandwich with tots! So good! They do change the vegan options because the chef likes to keep it fresh, but the options are certainly there!
