Leckere Burger - Edit

Very cozy little place with a completely vegan menu - Edit
I have been here 2 times and will definitely come here when I ever visit Tokyo again. The people were super friendly and so nice. Everything felt so cozy and welcoming. The seats are directly at the counter, unfortunately I can't speak japanese yet so I couldn't talk with everyone but I also had some really great interactions with other customers. This is definitely a must visit for every vegan. The avocado burger was very delicious and they serve vegan wine and beer.

Some of the best vegan burgers we’ve had - Edit
Walked 30 minutes from Ueno to get here and so glad we did - needed a good burger after about a week of eating ramen and this place really hit the spot. We ordered two green burgers, a teriyaki burger with avocado, fries and two smoothies and we were stoked with everything - the burgers are among the best I’ve ever had. The kids (4 and 6, both fussy eaters at times) ate heaps! The spot is cosy and inviting and the kids behaved because they got to watch the burgers being prepared and cooked from where we sat while we had a couple beers. Would be a perfect spot to spend a few hours kid-free and add a few more beers to the tally too. Staff were legends also! 10/10

Burgers are good but pricey - Edit
I liked the space, the decoration is pretty nice. There's limited seating, Japan standard, but it was very easy for us to accommodate a party of 2. Ordered burgers and beer. Considering the portion size and that no side is included, it's quite pricey.

Tasty Burgers - Edit
I had the teriyaki avocado burger, rooibos tea, and ginger ale. I love the look of the restaurant, but it seats only seven. One or two more people could stand. The burger was delicious, but a bit pricey. It was a busy night and I enjoyed speaking with people there, so I ordered two drinks. The patties might be house made, but nothing else seems to be. For the price I would expect more to be house made or for the portions to be larger. I think it's very new and there's a lot of potential here!

Botanical Burger Paradise! - Edit
After opening its first site in Okinawa, Earthful Cafe recently debuted a new location in Tokyo.
Read moreThe nearest point of access is Kuramae Station, but you can also get there by taking a ten-minute walk from Asakusa Station. My recommendation is to leave from exit No. 4 and just after crossing Azuma Bridge, you’ll find a sidewalk on your right alongside the Sumida River. As you reach Umaya Bridge—the second crossing from Azuma Bridge—climb the stairs to reach a road. Located a few blocks ahead of the bridge, you can't miss Earthful Cafe's white shop curtains and gold-coloured signboard.
At first glance, it doesn’t look like a cafe. Inside, however, you'll find a white wood counter with lots of greenery. The sounds of chirping birds serve as background music. The cafe’s concept is a botanical shrine, according to the staff.
The Earthful Cafe Tokyo offers an all-vegan menu with lots of organic vegetables. They have four selections of burgers—the Classic Cheeseburger, Fresh Green Burger, Teriyaki Avocado Burger, and Mexican Chili Burger. The Fresh Green Burger, which was my order, was so yummy—it's the perfect marriage of creamy vegan cheese, savoury patty, and rich sauce! This is the first truly delicious vegan burger I've ever had!
The vegan buns are made with organic local wheat and the homemade patties don’t use soy meat. Instead, they're crafted from more than thirty ingredients, including organic vegetables, grains, nuts, and spices. Also, the delicious sauce is prepared by hand every day using lots of spices. I chose fried potatoes with Himalayan pink salt as a side. The potatoes were organic and tasty!
The staff was very friendly and they cheerfully explained the cafe's concept and their passion for vegan burgers. All in all, I spent a lovely afternoon enjoying delicious food and having a nice chat—it was like visiting a resort restaurant in Okinawa! I highly recommend Earthful Cafe Tokyo!
Pros: All vegan, Delicious, Nice vibe and Friendly staff
Cons: Limited seating
