Protein in a dessert - and a desert - Edit
As others have mentioned, this area of Seoul is a vegan food desert. This was a shining beacon after going to three restaurants that left us empty handed. The sandwiches are balanced and filling with actual soy protein and fresh veggies. The dubu kim mari is a yummy snack and the ice creams were yum! Not to mention, the owner is super kind and speaks great English. Cannot recommend enough!

Tucked just off the main road in Gangnam, this vegan place offers refreshing soy drinks and food. Was so happy to find some vegan yogurt and the basil cream cheese was delicious too!!

This place is really nice and completely vegan in an area of Seoul where this isn’t very common. The owner is so lovely. I tried the sandwich, strawberry yoghurt, earl grey banana bread and rice cakes. Everything was nice but especially the yoghurt.

With the area being a vegan food desert, their sandwich is honestly the best option for lunch in the area. It's pretty good, not overly sweet, and has soy protein so it's not just a carb blast.
Read moreThey have soy yogurt they make in house with multiple toppings. The ice cream is also a good choice.
Tons of coffees, lattes, coffee drinks. Everything totally vegan so no worries about accidentally getting dairy products.
