I stayed there for six days with half board. At first I was like nice vegan options. But as a vegan you have to pay 5€ a day extra. For getting the vegetarian dish without a sauce. Like a potato with veggies but without a sauce very dry. I asked the manager why this is. He said CowsMilk is cheaper than alternatives. At breakfast the options are also very limited Jam and some Cereals. Also everyone else takes the alternative milk as well since it's always empty.
I stayed at Dresdner Hutte for a night, half board. As a vegetarian this is completely fine, as long as you mention at check in that you want to eat vegetarian.
For vegans, I recommend booking in advance and mentioning your diet beforehand.
I skied to the hut for the lentil curry but at 12:00 it was already gone. The other options were pasta with tomato sauce and “grandma’s vegan potato soup with a semmel” - I was looking for protein so left without a meal. Also a bit suspicious about the semmel being vegan but I didn’t investigate. Nice they have something but it needs work 😉
