Vegan hotpot option! - Edit
Have heard that this Carlton Branch is extra nice with service, so had to check it out! The broth is a blend of veggies (eg potato, cauliflower, mushrooms and aromatics like ginger etc
Read morePick your own veg, and they will cook it in the back and bring out the
Loads of things to choose from.
Pros: Vegan ingredients are clearly labelled, Has a vegan soup base, Yummy noodle options
Cons: Kept next to meat, Soup base isn't my personal fave
