My friend stopped to pick up donuts before our “Friendsgiving” gathering and got me the vegan banana donut. I am not a donut person but this was delicious! It was super fresh and light.

Love the banana doughnut - Edit
I went to the Chelsea location but was super happy with my choice to try the banana doughnut and would definitely go back for it. They had Toby’s Estate coffee for cold brew, which I like and find to be robust and flavorful.

Not a doughnut review - Edit
The cashier was rude. I paid over $4 for a tiny shot of a macchiato (literally the size of a shot glass) while waiting for the vegan doughnuts because they didn't have any ready. He told me it woud be 30 minutes but left after I tasted the drink and it tasted like garbage.

Chocolate donut is yummy! - Edit
Maybe I'm super basic but I actually really enjoyed the chocolate donut. I told two of my vegan friends and they both enjoyed it as well. They also offer non-dairy milks for their drinks but I've never tried them.

Kept seeing vegans post about Doughnut Plant's vegan donuts. Finally went today and tried the Chocolate Chocolate donut and wish I spent my $3.80 on pretty much anything else. It's probably the worst donut I have ever tasted. It's a chocolate yeast donut that's just really chewy and not really chocolaty. It reminds me of when someone adds too much hot water to instant hot chocolate. If you want delicious vegan donuts in NYC, go see Cinnamon Snail.
