Abysmal service

If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Place was empty and it took 45 minutes to get drinks. App for ordering food didn’t work so again couldn’t get service or food. Our desserts never arrived and we had to ASK THAT THEY BE REMOVED FROM THE CHECK. Management acknowledged how awful the service was but did nothing to compensate us. BONUS: shared this review on Instagram with the chef behind the restaurant, Matthew Kenney. He told me someone from his team would be in touch. Weeks have passed and no follow up. BEST PART: someone deleted my post about their lousy service. And when I pointed out as much, he just ignored me. Please don’t patronize this restaurant, your money is better off being spent anywhere else.

Restaurant was closed despite our reservation

I hope to update this review to a more positive one in the future. I made a reservation weeks ago and the restaurant was closed when we arrived. We were even reminded of our reservation by text. The doors were locked and all the windows seemed to have been covered over with paper. It seems like the same experience as other recent reviewers had.

Very disappointed because the Double Zero location I tried in Rhode Island was excellent and I wanted to try the Boston location. Now I may not get the chance.

Hi! CHecked this and it shows open on all platforms including Google, socials, etc. I'm having this checked out with one of our ambassadors there. Also could not see any recent reviews that said it had closed. I have hidden this review for now. Thanks! Martin, Team Cow
