Amazing Dosas - Edit
Everything I've ever had here was incredibly delicious, filling and reasonably priced. You can order a lot for under $10. Normally I get a masala dosa or onion masala dosa when I go. You'll find them a little spicy but not overpowering if you're used to eating mildly spicy things.
I also want to add that the man behind the counter is super helpful and friendly. If you know nothing about south Indian cuisine, if you want to know what's vegan (which is most of the menu), if you want to know how spicy menu items are and ask tons of questions he'll explain everything.

Just tried Dosa Hutt (and Dosa's in general for that matter)for the first time last night and really enjoyed it. The masala dosa is pretty spicy as is, so unless you like super-spicy I wouldn't go the next step up to the mysore masala dosa, which actually says "spicy" on the menu. The coconut chutney and sambar sauce that comes with it are delicious, the staff was friendly and the prices seem reasonable.
