Sauce not always available

I only know the falafel from their outlet in Basel and that one was quite nice. Add to this the six vegan variants you can try and you have a fast food winner. However the vegan sauce for the falafel was not available when I got there, they said they'll get new one the next day.

No sauce available in Thun

They have two clearly marked as vegan options, the Falafel in pita bread or in a wrap. After ordering and preparing the food we were then informed that they do not offer a vegan sauce so it was either ketchup or nothing. Not my idea of a dish that is marked as vegan.

Pros: Location is close to city center

Cons: No vegan sauce, only ketchup as of April '21., Would not recommend.

Don’t eat here!

My wrap had meat in it!I told them I was vegan and I showed the Happy Cow app.( how I found them) When I complained about the meat, they never apologized, offered a replacement, or a refund! I felt disrespected and will never eat at any Donor Stop again!

Pros: Vegan options

Cons: Served me a falafel wrap with meat, No apology , No refund or replace wrap
