Dobrá Cajovna - Edit
This place is very beautiful and cozy. The menu they provided had so many vegan options and the drinks that needed milk also had plant alternatives. They served the main course and desert vegan! I truly recommend this place, it was beautiful and delicious.

Peaceful tea house in the historic center of Kutná Hora - Edit
Walking into this tea house feels like stepping into another world.

Another great plus was the sweet kitty that rules and sleeps in the very good tea house!

Hidden gem in Kutna Hora - Edit
We visited Kutna Hora for the day and had plans to go somewhere else for lunch, but it was fully booked. I am so glad it was as that helped us discover this wonderful tea house.
Read moreThe place is beautiful and we sat in its lovely terrace. Their portions are pretty big and their prices are super reasonable.
They have a massive selection of teas and drinks, shisha and also a full vegetarian menu (with clearly labelled vegan options).
The staff is very friendly, happy to accommodate to English (as our Czech is terrible 😅) and a full menu in English as well.
I had the poke bowl which was delicious and fresh. My non vegan friends had a pita and a a ramen bowl and they absolutely loved them too (one said the ramen is the best one they have had!).
The inside of the tea house is also very well decorated.
Truly a hidden gem, would recommend to anybody visiting Kutna Hora.
Pros: Very cute garden, well decorated, Lovely staff, Many options, well labelled

Wow! What a find. Must visit - Edit
We saw an earlier review and thought we would check this place out after we’d visited Sedek Ossuary, the bone church. We took a half hour walk into town and it was so worth it. As we approached town at about 1pm, we stopped here and ate curry and drank tea. What a quirky, friendly place, it’s a real little gem.
Read moreWe shared the cashew cream and tofu curry and chick pea curry. Ordered both rice and the (amazing!) pitta with it as we were super hungry.
We also tried the cinnamon pitta for dessert too which also nailed it. What a wonderful little place. The atmosphere is like going into another world with tea brewing, people having shisha and the oriental, quirky bits and bobs all over the place.
Pros: The uniqueness of the place, The eclectictic mix of food and tea, Great value - a main was about £5
Cons: Nothing to dislike here folks

Strange little gem - Edit
What a wonderful, odd place to find in an unlikely setting! One of the only places open when we were in Kutna Hora. Small selection of vegetarian/vegan dishes. MASSIVE selection of teas & selection of light/dark tobaccos to smoke shisha. We got a little sweet treat (cinnamon pita) which was fine but the shisha was delicious. Enjoyed hiding downstairs, in the little cave
Read morePros: Setting was odd/cool, Soooo many interesting tea blends, Vegan food in an unlikely place!
Cons: Uncomfy seats/beds!

unerwartete Oase - Edit

Please remove the maroccan couscous from the menu. The couscous had no spices in it and had no semblance to actual maroccan food.

I had a fantastic evening here and was amazed by the many vegan options. There were so many different tea🍵options as well as many unique cold drinks. The food was also very good. We ordered so many things from the menu because we wanted to try as much as possible. There are some cozy seating options on the inside as well as in the garden outside. Really special place.

Excellent vegan choices - Edit
Dobra cajovna is a chains that I know well from Prague although the offer varies. Dobra cajovna in Kutna Hora is all vegetarian and I know that some indian dishes happen to be vegan as well as their hummus. Both meals were really tasty. Nice tea room vibe with some board games.

Loved this place - Edit
We walked by here on our way to the train station and decided to eat here. It's a really lovely place centered around the tea experience but they also offer food. They had a sign outside advertising vegetarian and vegan dishes so of course it attracted us. The menu tells basicly if a dish is vegan but there are also dishes that don't specify it but if you ask they are happy to tell u if it is. If you sit down they give you a menu and a bell, the bell you can use to let a waiter come for if you want to order or just have a question. The staff is friendly and the food is good. Prices are good too, not to expensive like sometimes in Prague, but also not the cheapest. We ordered 2 tea, 2 main dishes and 2 desserts and in total it costed us like 22 euros so that's not bad in my opinion. The atmosphere here is great but that might just be my personal preference.

I stumbled upon this great vegetarian place - Edit
We, I and my four children, happend to stumble upon this place, because the other restaurants were either reserved or to crowded to be seated. The options for tea were countles. White teas, a variety of japanese green teas and blue- green teas(never heard of it) but the fermatation process is totally different. I myself had a white thea, it was very delightfull. And they also have japanse lemonades and other beverages. But the food was amazing!!! Everything is vegetarian with a lot of vegan options. We had the couscous, Pita Tomato with czech cheese and of course tomato and a spicy Idian red curry with rice. My daughters loved the couscous, full of vegies and my son was fond of the pita. The curry was very good. A good friend of mine is a vegan indian cook, so i have any experience. The staff was very nice, had quite a lott of knowledge about the food and teas. Keep on doing the good work!!!
