Very good and inexpensive

I do a lot of work downtown and I always come here when I need a quick lunch or dinner during a long day. I always get the same thing, the veggie bowl, just because of personal preference, but they have a lot of really good options and everything is very easily modifiable. The staff has always been kind and courteous to me, and I’ve been understanding of my dietary restrictions. Overall, I really love eating at this place.

Pros: Relatively healthy but inexpensive food, Convenient location, Kind staff

Amazing!

Tofu! I appreciate places where I can customize my meal.

Pros: Getting a tofu taco bowl is everything here

Cons: I'd like a few more vegan options, sour cream or, Cheese

Great bowls

I love Diablos! Giving a 3 star because I've been there a few times and they didn't have tofu. No biggie, but its the main reason I wanted to eat there.
I do love the crunchy taco bowls.

Cons: Sometimes crowded

I love Diablos

Best build your own burrito place in town. Wayyyy better than moes, chipotle, or barberitos. Good tofu, fresh ingredients, excellent salsas and the best chips.
