Nourishing and tasty food - Edit
They have a few but well thought-out vegan options. I had the Caesar vegan salad and it was wholesome and delicious.

I had the tacos and the carrot cake. It was all excellent. The tacos are a very modern, interesting take and though not traditional, they were incredibly flavorful.

Really nice spot in the heart of Hamilton. Saw outside with a view of the harbor down Burnaby. Had the tofu scramble with potatoes and vegan banana pancakes with nut butter. Absolutely delicious, beautiful presentation, and good quality ingredients. Great vibe overall imo. Not cheap but anything nice and presented well here really isn't. Very happy.

Went here for lunch on day and I got the vegan sandwich and a red juice. The sandwich was good but pretty basic as far as flavor goes. The red juice was delicious I ended up getting two. They had a few veg and vegan options so I’d say it is a good option if you’re looking for something simple and quick.
