a MUST if you're vegan in playa. order whatever the special is, get the agua del dia- i wish i had tried the dessert. green salsa picas just the right amount. price was right, food was quick, the people were kind, it was so dang delicious. some of my favorite vegan food ive ever had in mexico tbh.

Best local vegan experience - Edit
There was about 20 people who had ordered before me when I arrived at 9pm, which goes to show how popular this place is. Worth the wait! Great to just see them prep the food while I waited. Very clean for street food, the cook was putting hand sanitizer on every couple minutes. Oh and soo cheap! Enjoy!

We had high expectations bit...It was very busy and took ages to get our order which was fine but when we got the tacos the filling was quite bland unless you smother in spicy sauce. Also the food cooked in a lot of soy oil which we didn't like the taste of. Made it very greasy. Its a great concept and obviously lots of people like it- but just not for us. I hope they carry on doing really well.

I don't usually bother with tacos as are normally soggy mushrooms but this traditional taco stall (bar the food!) on the roadside was brilliant... I would have walked past as had no idea was vegan but we were on a food tour and got taken there yum! Lots of tasty meat replacements, sides and sauces. Lots of happy customers sitting around chatting. Bit iffy if it were to rain!

Genuinely, the best tacos me and my wife have ever had. We miss the true, authentic experience of having street tacos in Mexico at night and this place exceeded our expectations. They had so many plant-based meats to pick from, the flavors were amazing, and the staff were so genuine and kind! If you're in Playa del Carmen, you NEED to stop here for some tacos.
