Ottima varietà di scelta

Il ristorante propone classici piatti umbri, ma ha diverse opzioni vegan o cmq facilmente veganizzabili.

Solid vegan options

Surprised by the vegan options available. All the dishes had a very homemade taste to them. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was peaceful.

Authentic and fairly priced

Very solid options in this small town

There were lots of traditional, accidentally vegan options at this restaurant.
The bruschetta was not as expected, it was 5 pieces of toasted bread with various toppings: fresh tomato, salt and oil; mushroom; capsicum paste; oil; and leek (I think), which was delicious and my favourite.
The pesto was delicious with a lovely noticeable basil taste, but I needed a higher sauce to pasta ratio! I didn't love the pasta shape, although I've seen it's traditionally served with pesto, it's a bit too thick in places for me.
The roast potatoes were delicious, and the panzanella (bread salad) was also delicious with a lovely garlic taste.

One of the few restaurant that can accommodate vegans

I’ve a been there a few times. They have a few vegan options on the menu: panzanella, legume soup, cicory, some side dishes, and at least a pasta option. Food is good. It is close to Santa Chiara church. It is worth a dinner. Be aware that vegan and vegetarian dishes are not indicated in a different way (just VEG on the menú), but asking they will give you informations.
