Amazing Options - Edit
By far, one of the best places I've ever eaten in an airport. There are so many lovely choices, I have the Sweet Potato Sandwich which was amazing and wasn't too badly priced.

I got the sweet potato sandwich and wasn't disappointed. It has vegan sauces, fried onion and cabbage.

Relieved that there was some options as the rest of the restaurants were either way too expensive or didn't seem to offer much for vegans.

Not sure if this is allowed but I went to the D&D in Terminal 2. It’s near gate G29. Just a note for any terminal 2ers that there’s also one of these for you!

I came here on both my transits through Munich airport recently. They have a variety of clearly labeled vegan and vegetarian foods. I had a sweet potato sandwich that looked really sad but tasted quite good for 6.90€ and then a red curry that looked and tasted fresh and delicious for 10.90€.

Fresh, but limited amount of vegan options - Edit
Arriving at the airport late in the evening for a connecting flight, I was pleasantly surprised that Dean & David was not only still open, but also fully stocked with many vegetarian and some vegan salads and wraps. I went with the falafel tahini salad/bowl, a couple vegan falafel wraps and a slice of apple pie. Although everything was fresh, I was disappointed by the bland taste of the wraps (it really just tasted like wet salad). The salad was ok and the granola Apfelkuchen was tasty. All in all the experience was okay and it may be worth it to taste the vegan curries if you have enough time to stick around, but it looked better than it tasted and was quite expensive.

'Most planet friendly' - Edit
I bought a falafel tahini bowl, it was a lot of food even though I was very hungry. If I traveled with someone we could probably have shared the bowl and still been full. I like that they had it visible and well promoted as 'most planet friendly'. They were good at labelling their products as well!

I was hungry before my flight so I ordered the vegan falafel bowl. It was a great option for a real meal, not just some overpriced snack, what’s rather rare for an airport. I mean, it was rather expensive but you get a delicious, healthy meal for your money and there’s hardly any waiting time. The seating area was pretty crowded, but that’s no surprise.
