Mixed up vegan burger with actual meat burger

When I had dinner here, me and someone else in my group both ordered a burger. I'm a vegetarian so I ordered the vegan burger, however, when they came to serve the food they mixed up my burger with my sister's burger. I'm a bearded "meat-eater" looking kind of guy, so they probably assumed she would be the vegetarian, which is very stupid to blindly assume anyway. Right before almost taking a bite from my actual-meat burger, my sister noticed her burger was very weird. That's when we noticed they probably mixed up our burgers, BUT it's not done here: when we told staff about this mix-up, they immediately picked up and threw away BOTH our burgers. They did it so quickly we didnt have the chance to tell them that we could switch our meals... So yeah, on top of making this huge mistake they also seem VERY wasteful. I wouldn't recommend this place to any vegan or vegetarian (the vegan burger itself was very sloppy for the price you're paying, and I was still hungry after). It pains me to say that you'll get more and better vegetarian food for your buck at a McDonald's :(

Great Spot for Mixed Company

De Beren in Apeldoorn is always a reliable spot for dining with friends and family who aren’t vegan or vegetarian. The vegan satay is delicious, and they thoughtfully offer vegan mayo. It was a very tasty and enjoyable meal.
