Croquettes and bitterballen vegan by default - Edit
I like that the bitterballen and broodje kroket are vegan by default (beef versions available for a supplement) but unfortunately the bitterballen I had weren't particularly nice (a bit chewy). Hopefully just one-off bad luck.
