The kitchen makes its own yeast from fruit, and use organic or low-pesticide flour from domestically grown wheat. Several types of bagels, the baguette, and a Japanese style bread loaf are suitable for vegans. Has cafe attached. Holds baking classes. Open Wed-Sun 9:00am-6:00pm.

Some really nice bread - Edit
I came to this location of Dasenka for the second time today, the last time was about three years ago. There are four Dasenka shops and they also put up stands at various locations on certain days of the week such as at Shunrakuzen. They have their calendar posted on their website!
Read moreBut I haven't bought any of their bread anywhere for a long time because the locations are all a bit inconvenient for me except now that I moved to Nisshin recently the Toyota location became closer. And as far as I know they didn't have clearly labeled vegan bread before, only the allergens were listed. So, today I also just quickly glimpsed at the allergens and picked out my usual breads that I occasionally buy from them with only wheat listed as allergen. Then, later at home I looked at my photos that I took and realized that they now say "vegan" which made me really happy.
The bakery is quite small and a bit old but the building itself from the outside is pretty!
