Oasis In A Food Desert - Edit
Locally sourced fabulous food. Chef Max and his wife, Cassandra, both trained at Culinary Institute of America, teamed up with the owners of Full Earth Farm, a local organic farm, to create a gem in Quincy, Florida. Vegetarian and vegan always on the menu as well as locally sourced meats and cheeses with bread and desserts baked onsite, this has quickly become the meeting place for downtown Quincy. Come by and try it out. You won't be disappointed. Only strictly vegetarian can get five stars on Happy Cow, so it gets my highest rating - 4 stars.
