Amazing - Edit
For me, cheese is what I miss the most living a vegan life-style...If you love cheese, when in Rome, you need to go eat here. It takes a little work to find it, but is well worth the effort.

Worth a stop in for the cheese alone - Edit
We stopped in for lunch to try the cheese (which blew us away) and were pleasantly surprised by the rest of the menu. The cheese platter is a must, don’t think we’ve had better in our travels in Europe, maybe only at Mr and Mrs Watson in Amsterdam. Don’t miss the “Mad Scientist” lab in the basement. The hard cheeses are a particular revelation. We also tremendously enjoyed the sandwich ( they called it a stuffed pizza), the salad and the raw pasta. Really enjoyed their version of tiramisu. Highly recommended.

Best vegan tiramisu - Edit
I was keen to try this cafe/restaurant before I left Rome. It was a lot smaller than I expected and you need to make sure you know the number as there is no big signs or anything to make it easy to find. Anyway we ordered a smoothie each, a pizza (bread with filling in the middle) and I ordered a dessert. Everything was very good especially the tiramisu which I’d recommend. I think it was just one person working. We were there during the day, i wondered what it was like at night.

Stunning vegan chees - Edit
We had lunch here. The sampler plate is a must. The cheeses were some of the best vegan cheeses I ever had. Staff is very nice. You can see the cheese lab (where they make the cheese) too.

Nice food, weird atmosphere - Edit
We travelled especially to come here for lunch. We were the only people there and had to ring a doorbell to be let in. The food was great and the cheese was really impressive and tasted incredible, but the atmosphere- just us and a mute waiter, left a lot to be desired. It was also uncomfortable with only high stools and a toilet only accessible through the factory downstairs. Maybe it’s different when you go for dinner?

Best cheese I've ever tasted - Edit
Although my love for cheese didn't stop me from embracing a vegan diet, I have not found a vegan cheese that rivals animal milk based ones. Until now. Dall'Albero is an artisan cheesemaking business and their meticulous fermentation process shows in the glorious taste of their hard cheeses. Don't miss this!

Wow the pizzas (sandwich type) were gorgeous and the cheese is lovely, all made from cashews. But the Vegamisu is to die for - possible the best dessert I have ever eaten!!

Amazing! - Edit
Absolutely amazing little place, I visited back in March and almost missed out because I struggle to find the place using google maps, luckily I spotted it just as I was ready to give up hope and I’m so glad. I visited with a non vegan friend, they had the cheesy doodles and I had a pizza sandwich and both were divine, impressing the non vegan! We also had chocolate smoothies/shakes which were super delicious. The lady working (the owner I think?) was so friendly to us both, and even invited us to take a look at the laboratory below where they make the cheese! All in all a great visiting, if only I hadn’t been on such a tight budget and could’ve tried all the cheese they have to offer. Although, I’m sure I’ll return one day.

It is not a place to grab a quick bite. It is a place to relax and indulge; cheese is rather pricey, but worth to try as a delicassy. Very friendly staff as well.

Wow! - Edit
Their cheese is one the best vegan cheeses in the world. I will definitely order some when I'm back home. We also had soup, avocado bruschetta and strawberry tiramisu and cheese cake for dessert. It was all delicious. Be aware that there is very little space in the bistro.

Amazing cheese lab! - Edit
I don't think I've ever been as excited about any eatery as I was about this one! It's a small place with really friendly service. The menu includes various dishes using their homemade cheese. The cheese plate is sensational, you get to try their ricotta, several soft cheeses in different flavours, and three hard cheeses (all of these cheeses can also be bought to take home). We also tried the peppery mac and cheese (it's a shame it was raw, but it was still delicious), a stuffed pizza bread sandwich with soft cheese and pesto (amazing!) and a piece of cheesecake. They also serve smoothies and wine. It was very reasonably priced too, and a really lovely experience.

We bought some amazing cashew-cheeses, that the restaurant makes themselves. It is really cool and awesome that a small local business is working on developing an alternative to the good Italian cheeses.

You find it hard to become vegan because of cheese? Go there, try it. Ask for their story behind the product. It's great. Good Luck with your products guys, we already love them - can't wait to find em in Germany.
