Poor service and not tasty - Edit
Since the vegan dishes contained gluten I asked which ingredients I could remove to make a dish gluten free and the waitress had no idea, neither did they in the kitchen. They couldn’t tell me if their falafels contain gluten. Then I decided to order a dish asking it without the seitan, and I asked if they could replace it with another ingredient, but she said it was impossible because they wouldn’t know how to calculate the costs, so I would have to pay the extra anyway (!!!!???).

I tried the vegan ciabatta with salad and really liked it! The sauce and dressing were amazing and the bread was warm, fluffy and crispy on the outside. Just the saitan was a bit to salty for my liking.

Die Gerichte sind sehr lecker und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Auch für unseren Hund haben sie gleich einen trink Napf gebracht 🐶😊. Die Einrichtung ist auch richtig cool!

I am a big fan of their options! They have a whole vegan menu. I love the vegan Avocado Ciabatta. Everything is fresh and well made. The bowls and wraps are also amazing. You can order your wrap or ciabatta with a wedges portion or a little salad bowl for free, or with sweet potatoes fries (it costs 1,50€ more I think). They have also Tirola Kola, a vegan and local version of Coke (and healthier!). This is a must go in Innsbruck.

Mittags ist echt was los und es ist nicht ganz einfach, einen Platz zu bekommen, obwohl zahlreiche Plätze vorhanden sind. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an veganen Speisen. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und kennen sich mit "vegan" wirklich aus! Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und machte ordentlich satt. Die Preise sind entsprechend OK. Geschirr und Besteck sind aus Bambus. Tolle Atmosphäre, insgesamt ein schöner Laden.

Tried the vegan guacamole wrap and the vegan guacamole kreation with sweet and normal fries and left with a very positive impression! The decor is really cool and hip and the staff is very friendly. Plus points for the fine texture of their seitan and their policy to use only recyclable or re-usable cuttlery (plus their bamboo boards and bowls). Definitely coming back!

Even though they serve meat, nearly all items on the menu have a vegan equivalent. Ingredients are super fresh, the portions are generous and the prices are fairly modest. Beautiful interiors, friendly staff. They don't use any plastic, which is pretty amazing.
