Really great food with plenty of vegan options. - Edit
About half of the menu can be made vegan. The food is flavorful and provide large portions. Staff is friendly and familiar with vegan requirements.

Almost anything on the menu can be made vegan. We ordered take out, which was an easy online order, meals were still warm and fresh when we got home too. I am so impressed with our choices: chana masala, vindaloo, tikka, pakora, cauli wings, papadum. We can't wait to order here again!

Fantastic food and tons of vegan options - Edit
My fiancee and I love coming here, it's our new favorite restaurant in the Denver metro. The flavor depth of the dishes is just fantastic and just about everything on the menu has a vegan option and the owner is actively trying to fill in the gaps for things that don't. The spice level is a bit lower than I'd expect so I'll probably go for a hot rather than medium next time. The dining area is very clean and the staff is very nice and pleasant!

The food here was well priced for the portions. Food was ready in 18 minutes. Medium spice was a little lower than I'd expect. I spoke with the owner and he's looking for vegan cheese vendors so that he can make more vegan options.
