Major issue and Culiraw don't care... - Edit

I was so excited when I located a raw vegan store that would ship! I paid $136 for a cheesecake and 6 of the pecan puddings and was having these items delivered to Virginia for my Dad's birthday. As anyone who eats raw knows, these items are delicate, especially in 90 degree weather. I assumed that Culiraw understood and would properly ship my order. The order was shipped two day with two small ice packs to keep the items cold - not possible. When my order arrived, it was a melted, ruined mess. I reached out to Silvia regarding this issue and her response was "that we are a small company and do not take responsibility for damages occurred in shipping. I have paid for overnight shipping for $53 as you can see on the attached receipt." Per the receipt and shipping label from the box sent, she paid for 2-day. Additionally, this was not shipping damage this was carelessness in the process. She is refusing to refund me for the order. I would not purchase if you have to have the order shipped.

Pros: Looks amazing from the photos.

Cons: Customer service is not good., Very slow to respond., Not set-up to ship. Local pick-up only.
