They do have vegan option that are not just normal dishes without cheese and meat.
Read moreThey actually use vegan cheese and cream on their chilaquiles.
A good place to go with non vegan so everyone is happy.
They do charge you extra $$$ for the vegan cheese and they just spray a tiny bit. .. but we can not be too picky as is not much vegan option around, so let apreciat the little thing.

Their chilaquiles rock - Edit
The owner has made vegan versions of chilaquiles with vegan cream and vegan cheese for us in several occasions. They are open and willing to veganize and add more vegan options. The staff is very friendly, too.
