Soft and tasty - Edit
We decided to give the vegan donut, a try, and we’re pleasantly surprised. Adrian, the owner, let us know that if we called in advance, he could put on different kinds of vegan frosting for us. He was so sweet and accommodating. Today’s frosting was chocolate, but I’m not really a huge chocolate person. It was good to know that he could make a vanilla or a maple next time I come in!!

Yummy breakfast sandwich! - Edit
I love that I have this option in this small town. One other reviewer mentioned the one vegan doughnut. Yes, that was the case when I was there as well. However, they also offer several vegan sandwiches and I thoroughly enjoyed the “Vegan Morning”. It was so yummy! And I had oat milk in my coffee, too!

Outstanding Vegan Breakfast Sandwiches! - Edit
While visiting Frankfort with 12 omnivorous family members, we decided to try the Crescent Bakery. I was overjoyed to find not 1, not 2, but 3 vegan breakfast sandwiches for me, the family vegan! Throughout the week I decided to try all 3.
Read moreDay 1: The vegan sausage, egg, and cheese was divine! I loved the peasant bread as well as everything between the slices. I ordered a vegan cafe mocha, which was tasty. This combo was so filling that I saved half of the sandwich for lunch.
Day 2: Going for a slightly healthier option, I chose to eat the Vegan Morning. Good sandwich, but a bit skimpy on the veggies. I skipped the sweet, cafe mocha, but the sandwich was still large enough to save half for lunch.
Day 7: After 4 breakfasts of fruit and oatmeal in our rental, I was craving some Crescent! I ordered the vegan egg and cheese. I added a little pepper, but otherwise found it as delicious and filling as the sandwich I ate on day 1. Loved it!
Pros: 3 vegan food options + vegan coffee drinks. Yay!!, Order online - convenient and no waiting. , Freshly baked bread. Yum!

I was so excited to find vegan breakfast sandwiches and vegan doughnuts here in a town that doesn’t make that readily available!

One sad looking vegan donut - Edit
Your non vegan friends will have tons of options though. They will enjoy it. Most likely you won’t.

Cozy little cafe with vegan options! - Edit
While in town visting the Gwen Frostic shop, we stopped in for lunch. On this chilly, rainy afternoon, we each had a bowl of their 7 Bean Medley and split a Veganlicious panni. 💯!

So Good! - Edit
Just recently went here and it was really good! They have quite a few vegan sandwiches, a salad and a soup! They also have vegan hot chocolate and mocha. The owners are really nice, so I'm sure you can ask for them to make a custom sandwich. But I'll definitely be coming back!

Great to see vegan options in Frankfort! - Edit
Ever since Charlie's closed, it has been hard to find vegan options in this area. Crescent always has a vegan soup, and the veganlicious sandwich is really good. There are little to no vegan baked goods though--there were some carrot cake cookies they were able to find in the back for me, but they were so so. Would love to see some more cookies and cakes!! Overall, def recommend and get the veg sandwich!
