Delicious tofu scramble!

I decided to come here for breakfast as haven’t seen nor eaten a tofu scramble yet on the island. Craft is right on strip across from the beach, open and relaxed vibe.
There are only two vegan options to enjoy here- tofu scramble and an acai bowl. I asked if pancakes or waffles could be made vegan but they could not.
The tofu scramble was delicious as was the fresh brewed coffee with steamed oat milk. Soy milk also offered. I asked if they had vegan butter for toast which they didn’t so asked for some olive oil instead which they accommodated. Service was friendly and prompt only wish a few more vegan options were available.

Cons: only two vegan options on offer
