Got a lovely cinnamon bun to take away the other day. They also had a vegan carrot cake and vegan cookie so will need to head back to try more options :)

Beautiful coffee shop - Edit
I have visited during two of my trips to Edinburgh and I'm surprised the reviews aren't better. On both occasions the service was super nice, they had a good amount of vegan options, the cake was tasty and the coffee shop is just very cute. If you sit by the window it's perfect for people watching too!
