Vegan sandwiches

Had the vegan Florentine (Just egg, cheese, Spinach, caramelized onions) and veggie melt (hummus and mixed veg on toasted bread). Surprisingly affordable, filling, and tasty for veg airport food. While this isn't a forum for critiquing coffee, I have to mention their coffee is not great. Head across the floor to Caffe Vita for your coffee needs!

Filling and fully vegan breakfast sandwich

I stopped by here for coffee and was beyond thrilled to find a vegan breakfast sandwich on the menu! Just egg, cheez AND spinach! Ate half before my flight and the other half in flight. So happy to find this filling fix for a long travel day.

Pros: Large portion, Good price , Tasty

Cons: Other food is not vegan

Filling & Tasty Vegan Sandwich

While at the SEA airport, I was happy to find Costa Coffee. As a person who has only traveled as a vegan at airports in the United States, I rarely have a filling and/or tasty meal. The kiosk was not allowing me to order the vegan florentine, but after going to the front counter, I was able to get one. At first, there was confusion about what they had in stock, but they did tell me they could make the veggie melt vegan by removing the cheese. They also had a vegan cookie, fruit cups, and a vegetarian salad (cheese). The florentine was pretty good, as in, I would even order it outside of an airport context. It was pretty big, too, and helped me stay full for my short 3-hour flight.

Great vegan option!

I stopped by for a coffee and when I scrolled their ordering kiosk, I was so surprised to find so many vegan options!
I got the vegan Florentine, which made for a nice and filling breakfast at only $6! I also got a latte, and they didn't charge anything extra for non-dairy milk! Just a little over $12 total for a filling and tasty vegan meal!
I'll definitely come back when I fly to Seattle (I fly here often for work)!!

Pros: Several options to choose from , Very reasonable price, No additional charge for non-dairy milk
