Has various vegetable fillings that are vegan, but also has house-made vegan soy chorizo, vegan queso, and a vegan tres leche trifle for dessert. Vegan options are clearly marked. Mexican rice and black beans are both vegan. Open Mon 5:00pm-9:00pm, Tue-Sat 11:30am-9:00pm. Closed Sun.

Great tacos! - Edit
The kitchen functions out of the Zal Gaz Grotto, which is a little club. You order by phone or through their iPad kiosk. The website is more up to date, so it’s worth checking out here. I’ve tried the chorizo tacos and their “fish” tacos and both are delicious. Beware, the vegan chorizo is spicier than most I’ve tried, but so hard to put down! I’ve gone on Tuesdays only and a jazz band played in the next hall.

Vegan Chorizo! - Edit
There are other Mexican places around that also have just a few options, but this one went above and beyond those because they have vegan chorizo and vegan queso. Most places just have "salad" burritos with no cheese or protein.
Read moreThe flour tacos were different than I'm used to, thicker and probably homemade. Salsa was delicious, as was the rice and beans.
