Located in a community full of crowded restaurants focused largely on seafood &?southern fare, Corolla Cantina provided my husband & I with 2 excellent vegan meals that also met our needs of avoiding added oil. The standard menu had several vegetarian options. Further, the owner/cook (not sure which) was happy to offer suggestions about what she could modify to meet out dietary needs. I had a tasty black bean & veggie quesadilla minus cheese, with salsa & avocado on the side. My husband enjoyed his veggie wrap. They were happy to replace the normal oil-based dressing with smashed avocado & to supply black beans in lieu of chips. [edit by staff]

What a cute little place! Super cute and fun! Lots of options on the menu that they can make vegetarian or even vegan. Just ask the owner Nadya!! Breakfast, lunch and dinner too! Love the Baja Burrito or the XRated veggie burger!!! And the best part, they are doggy friendly!! Awesome deck outside w shade for the fur babies!!! Check this place out!!!
