Amtrak Walking Distance + Italian Sandwich 💯 - Edit
An unexpected treat on my Amtrak train layover in Galesburg. The Italian Sandwich is fantastic and was served warm with pickles on it. Shop has tons of other vegan treats and snacks for travel. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, providing an overview of the space and welcoming us to bring in our luggage and enjoy the small cafe seating area. Looking forward to stopping in on my next train trip to try one of the many other vegan lunc

WHY did they remove their search engine from their website!? - Edit
I went to Cornucopia's *website* to search for an item. We live 30 minutes (in good weather!) north of the store. They have REMOVED their search function, but assured me, over the phone, that I could call the store, instead. OK, I get it. Updating inventory can be difficult -- but they have a computer system, so items sold should show. And if they're down to one or two of something, they can add a "low inventory" tag! I appreciate the fact that they exist, and sell quality organic items -- and they've even begun to sell and provide an outlet for regenerative/ organic/ top quality meats. OK, I'll be calling them a lot, or heading 30 minutes north, instead.

A Midwestern gem - Edit
This is a pretty incredible place, especially for a small Midwestern town. Has a small market and what I guess I would call a vegetarian deli with many vegan dishes and options. Everything tasted fantastic. Just a wonderful treat of a place.

Lunch buffet - Edit
I went here Monday for their Indian food buffet. Everything is delicious and so flavorful. I can't say enough good things about it. The staff are also very knowledgeable about the products in the rest of the store as well. I always pick up a few things after I'm done eating also. I've never bought anything there that's been disappointing. 10/10

Since moving into their new location on Seminary Street, I've been so impressed with their selection of products for the conscious consumer. Vegan, vegetarian, organic, healthy, plant-based, sustainable...there's a little bit of everything here. I used to shop online for my vegan and renewable/recycled items. No more. Cornucopia is where I shop now! Love it.

Great little shop in the heart of a town that thinks veganism is devil worshiping. Not everything is vegan but they have all the vegan and health food staples. Super friendly and helpful staff.
