This is a gorgeous setting and a welcome relief from the heat outside. When we found this cafe I was initially really excited. It seemed like a real veg:vegan heaven. A menu full of delightful options. We only stayed for a coffee at this time, excited to return later for dinner. Coffee was nice, but staff a little abrupt, but dismissed this as everything else seemed so lovely.
When we returned, we were still greeted with the same rude abrupt service. We ordered our food still thinking it would overshadow the service. So disappointed this was not the case. Servings were tiny and had little flavour. My husband had the North African Stew and I had the Nut Roast.
Such a shame as the initial excitement of finding this place was reduced to such a lack lustre experience.
Prices were okay, but just no warmth put into the food or service. I wouldn't return here.
