Lots of potential here - I had the sriracha ginger tofu bowl and it was awesome! Next time I come I’ll feel more inspired to create my own bowl.

Tasty and healthy bowls! - Edit

We really enjoyed the customized bowls at CoreLife. Choose your base, and add on from there. The options are plentiful, which includes veggies, beans, and roasted tofu, and the dressings are flavorful (we had the miso sesame ginger and carrot chili vinaigrette). They get bonus points for striving to use organically sourced and gmo free ingredients.

The wraps are good, tried the chocolate cashew smoothie with extra plant protein, it was really filling

Healthy, friendly staff - Edit

Employees were VERY friendly and helpful with making me a vegan bowl.

Average food and pricey - Edit

We stopped here because our favorite falafel joint Al Rayan was closed for dine-in, and we were just passing through town on our way home. The food was okay but nothing special. The portions weren’t very big—especially on the falafel bowl which has only two pieces of tiny, dry falafel; my husband had to go in and buy more pieces for him and our hungry kids. Also, they made the first falafel bowl with some creamy milky dressing, even after I asked multiple times if it was vegan, so I had to get that one remade. The tofu bowl with kale was much better, but there wasn’t very much tofu on it so I basically paid for a smallish bowl of kale. Be sure to leave the honey broccoli off that one and ask for fresh. They have a nice patio that we enjoyed until they started playing contemporary Christian music, which sounded like knives in my ears. Everything was wrapped and served in plastic, making for a huge waste when we were done. I definitely wouldn’t return.

Cons: Overpriced average food , Small portions in tons of plastic, Contemporary Christian music

Very tasty exceeded expectations - Edit

High points for creativity and flavor. Lots of oil so not wfpbno even though they bill themselves as healthy. But what we had was excellent and we look forward to coming back and trying new things.

Good but expensive - Edit

CoreLife is a refreshing healthy place in Murfreesboro. I love the tea and the bowl options that are super delicious and easy to make vegan. It is a bit pricy, which is unfortunate especially for the lacking amount of food for the price.

Tasty, whole food - Edit

Everything I’ve had has been very tasty. Only a few vegan items on the menu, but you can build your own plate so some flexibility - can choose from tofu, falafel, hummus. The staff are friendly and they have a nice outdoor patio.

Pros: Yummy and fresh ingredients , Flexible meals, Friendly staff

Cons: Could use more vegan options , A little pricey for the amount of food

Quick, healthful meals - Edit

CoreLife offers a huge selection of vegan toppings for their bowl meals. Everything I've tried has been good, though not exceptional, from the falafel salad bowl to the shiitake mushroom broth bowl to the Thai tofu noodle bowl. It's a bit pricey, but the convenience of getting a healthful, plant-based meal packed with raw veggies on the go is hard to beat.
