Good Range of Vegan Options - Edit
While not fully vegan, I love Core Life for their buildable salads, bowls, and wraps. All vegan items are clearly marked, including add-ones and dressings. I’m a particular fan of adding rice noodles and/or falafel to a salad base. The baked tofu is also lovely! They also have a really unique selection of juices, teas, and lemonades “on tap.” Highly recommend for a quick, relatively healthy meal on the go!

Lovely Food and Experience! - Edit
There was tons of seating and overall a nice, chill environment. There was a build your own bowl option so you can have greens or grain bases and vegetable toppings and sauces/dressings. They mark all the vegan options so it’s easy to order. They also have hot dishes and soup but I didn’t try that so I don’t know how they are.
