Trash - Edit
Ugly and dirty place with very few vegan options. The woman behind the counter was rude and didn’t know how to answer simple questions. It was hard to understand what she was saying because of mumbling and piercings.

Good options! - Edit
Not many options in this area, especially for breakfast, but they had a vegan breakfast panini and wrap with vegan eggs, along with some other options. We got a vegan panini, oat milk latte, and oatmeal (ask for nondairy milk). They offer oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk. They had several bakery items including 3 cookies and 2 cakes. They also offered vegan sorbet for ice cream.

Amazing!!!! - Edit
I came for a visit from Oregon to see some family. Copenhagen Cafe provided good options for me and my family (who all eat meat and dairy). It even has Gluten Free options which was really nice for my sister. The sorbets they have are vegan, and they even have vegan baked goods, but they sell out quickly in the morning!
Read moreI had the hummus and veggies sandwich, with the pasta salad and the berry fields energy drink. They have grilled cheese with veggies and some soups and lots of options that are clearly marked! The cheese they use is Follow Your Heart, I think one of the cheddar ones. I’m not a fan of it melted, but in the sandwich I had it was a little toasted and that was delicious! The raspberry sorbet was amazing and the lemon cake, peanut butter cookie and ginger cookie were all delicious! If I ever come back to Tarpon Springs I will definitely come again!
Pros: Lots of clearly listed vegan options , Super nice staff
Cons: Baked goods sell out fast!
