Lucked out in my cross country trip exit. I had the grilled cheese, which was great.
Read moreNice to find a restaurant on the interstate that understands the difference between vegetarian and vegan. Their take out containers are paperboard.

Best Grilled Cheese of my Life - Edit
Was delighted to find this little gem off I 80 as part of my cross country road trip and they have wonderful vegetarian options and avocado toast for vegans. The coffee is great and it sure beats all the fast food places you typically run into on the highway. I will literally had the best grilled cheese of my life!!!
