There’s so much here I haven’t been able to try yet in Greece and it’s amazing! We got the rainbow supreme souvlaki as well as the white and classic. Both were so flavorful and well made. Great prices and excellent flavor.

Happy we happened to be staying nearby and stopped in for a quick dinner after a day of traveling. My non-veg brother and I ordered souvlakis and both enjoyed them. The food was fresh with quality ingredients, it came out quickly, and the service was friendly. Ended up sharing an outdoor counter with some locals and they said this was their favorite vegan spot in Athens.

Great vegan spot in Exarcheia, don't miss the skin potatoes with cheese and bacon and the super tasty rainbow salad. We hope to come back for some gyros if we have time.

This was our first experience of souvlaki and it didn't disappoint! We ordered the 'yellow' and the 'brown and barbeque', and both were so tasty. The mushroom gyros were great in both. The skin-on fries were huge and so good. We also really loved the flatbread used for the wraps. All in all a great experience, definitely recommended!

Some places don't change, and that's good! I was venturing in the neighbourhood and thought of trying something else, but that "else" was closed and so I went back to Cookoomela Grill, which I knew from a brief visit to Athens in 2022. As cheap and delicious (!) as it was back then. I love how they've stayed true to their traditional Greek street food x mushroom concept, and the seating outside allows for friendly encounters with random strangers.

The flavours were really good. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft of the inside. The lentil was really nicely spiced in the lentil "kebab". Unfortunately, the place is in a not so pretty neighborhood and isn't so clean. It's very small so you can only sit outside where people might approach you. Otherwise, I'd happily recommend their food!

Tasty Vegan Gyros & the Best Thick Fries 🍟 - Edit
Had a pretty good gyro — flavorful and satisfying. The best part, though, was definitely the thick fries — perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. A solid vegan spot in Athens if you’re craving something casual and Greek-inspired.
