Good but overpriced - Edit
My mom and I got a Mediterranean bowl, jackfruit nachos, juice, and key lime slice to share for lunch. The hummus in the Mediterranean bowl was delicious but the tzatziki was weird. The key lime pie was pretty good; the filling had a nice lime flavor but the crust was overly sweet and I could def tell it was raw. The jackfruit nachos were great, although quite salty. They were served cold though so we had to warm them in our microwave when we got home. There was no seating at the restaurant, which was a bit disappointing. The staff was friendly though. Overall I'd say this place is pretty good but it's not worth the steep price imo. Lunch for just two people was almost $70.

Good selection, but bland. - Edit
Use more fresh herbs in the bowls. Make sure smoothies are well blended to allow drinking through a straw.

Yummy but Skews Raw - Edit
Felt like a raw place in the sense that the food was really expensive and the ingredients were high-quality. Got a veggie burger that was pretty good. The sauces enabled me to ignore the gluten-free bun. My husband liked his falafel dish. We had an absolutely divine Keylime pie. The smoothie was good as well.

Yummy - Edit
I had the lasagna and it was extremely tasty. I'm getting a little confused why every vegan place displays eastern religion statues- almost cliche now, but the food is great.

Clean, healthy & good eats - Edit
It’s not too common to come across an establishment that purely focuses on a organic, whole foods plant based menu. This is the spot to check out in Sedona for clean and healthy eats.
Read moreI ordered the falafel bowl, mexican bowl and the green smoothie. The bowls were satisfying and had good flavor. The falafels were served chilled which I did not mind in this scenario but it is something to consider before ordering. My one critique is the consistency of the green smoothie which was thin and had a bit too much ice for my preference. But overall the items had good flavors and we enjoyed our meals. I’ll definitely be back when I am in town.
Pros: Whole foods , Vegan foods
Cons: Very limiting seating and no patio seating

Great! - Edit
I went there yesterday with my friend and ordered smoothies and a wrap. It’s the only fully vegan restaurants in Sedona so if you’re vegan definitely go there!

Pretty expensive - Edit
Got the oyster mushroom burger and it was tasty but nothing too crazy. The smoothie was $10 and the lasagne was $14 for just one little square of it that was stored in their to-go fridge.

Vegan Food To Go - Edit
Lovely little place. Got the Physh burger (comes with salad), lavender lemonade, and key lime pie. Would have been nice to have a place to sit and eat (outside maybe?) but the food was good.

The salad I ordered was made while I waited. Fresh ingredients. Not much food for your money but delicious! There are a few items that you can grab and go, if you’re in a hurry.

Vegan and quick! - Edit
We got the falafel bowl, tropical and berry smoothies, and chickpea tuna.
Read moreThe good: appears to be the only 100% vegan spot in Sedona, the smoothies were delicious, the hummus is some of the best we've ever tasted, quick and friendly service
The bad: falafels were super dry, the chickpea tuna was inedible (horrendous, we both nearly vomited and had to drink our entire smoothies to get the bad taste out of our mouths 😟), and the price is a bit steep for the amount of food you get (nearly $60 for two for lunch and we were still hungry!)
Pros: Appears to be only 100% vegan spot in Sedona, Delicious smoothies (but expensive!), The best hummus!
Cons: Very pricy for the amount of food, Chickpea tuna was inedible (maybe a bad batch?), Falafels were very dry

Tasty and quick! - Edit
Friendly owner ran through the menu and grab-and-go options.
Read moreI thoroughly enjoyed the jackfruit nachos. It was a large serving. I got it served cold, which was amazing in the Sedona heat!
The tzaziki wrap was fine, but I wouldn’t get it again. (I haven’t had tzatziki in years. I think the dish is probably good, but it wasn’t a taste that I expected.)
Pros: entirely vegan (except one smoothie uses honey), Jackfruit nachos as large as a meal!, Even made-to-order food comes out fast!

Exceptional - Edit
Hortensia catered a retreat for my group, and I can not speak highly enough about this restaurant. The food is almost exclusively organic, consciously and lovingly prepared, nutritious, and, above all, delicious. The flavor combinations are outstanding and a delight to the palette whether you are vegan, a meat eater or somewhere in between. I ate this food for a week and it was wonderful to feel so supported and nourished by such flavorsome food. Hortensia and her staff were a joy to work with.

It was okay - Edit
I hate to say it, but I was a bit disappointed by the falafel meal, which is sad, because falafel is one of my favorites.😒It was difficult to dip because it crumbled and fell apart, and it was dry and bland. It didn't really feel like a full meal.
Read moreOn the other hand, the chocolate chip cookies were really good. The owner (I'm assuming she was the owner) was very nice and friendly. The ingredients in everyrhing are very clean, and I appreciate that.

Almost totally vegan. They use honey in some smoothies. Grab and go so be prepared to take your food elsewhere to consume. We had the lasagna and cabbage rolls, both of which are oil free. We will be back for more.

Healthy, Savory, and Delicious - Edit
This place is delicious! Most importantly it is all vegan (except honey in one smoothie). It is organic and gluten free as well. Couldnt ask for a nicer lady than Hortensia who is the founder and creator of Probiotic Cuisine. Her partner and her run that and then Josh makes GF and vegan cookies that they sell there too. All delicious!! Big thumbs up!
