An oasis for vegan travelers - Edit
Vegan options are not abundant in Lake City Colorado. A couple of places have one veg option, but Confluence has two! Plus several kinds of good vegan friendly creamers for the coffee. Excellent cofffee too! There is a Vegan Burrito and a Baja Burrito and both are deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients. They also open early which makes it a great place to stop before heading out for a long Jeep trip into the mountains.
