Soul food - Edit

The only con here was that the food did take awhile, but I promise it is 100% worth the wait. Our first time we tried a bit of everything and all of the dishes were exceptional. Texture and sauce on the wings - perfection and the candied sweet potatoes are hands down one of the best I’ve ever tried. They do take out only.

One of very few vegan experiences and I must say everything I tried was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The Mac & Cheese and Collard greens were the star of the show and the original style drumsticks were seasoned very well—yum.

I must say I was really impressed. I will be back!!

Pricey but worth it - Edit

Prices were a bit high for the product but it was still worth it! In town and needed some food, we were so happy to find an all vegan place!

The flavors on my spicy chicken sandwich were so tasty!!

It's a different experience since it's sort of like a cooperative of kitchens in this one building: it's all takeaway or delivery. It's not possible to order off their site, but you can place an order at the kiosk if you're not a dordash/oobereets/etc user.

Pros: Very tasty spicy chicken, Side of fries was plentiful and crispy

Cons: Difficult to order direct, Challenge to find

Good Wings. Nice Treat. Black Owned. - Edit

I enjoyed my visit and I loved supporting a small Black owned business. I ordered the 6 piece combo which comes with two sides and a drink. After speaking with the chef I went with the honey garlic wings (they use agave). The fries were good but I would be cautious ordering this if you aren't picking up yourself since fries don't always travel well. I didn't love the mac and cheese, the only low point of the meal, but it was a good roux base. Finally, I love how they used sugar cane as the "bone." I definitely recommend trying this out and this is definitely being added to my restaurant rotation!
