There weren't many vegan options in the area, especially on the go, but this charming coffee shop has a few vegetarian and veganizable options. The owner is great about adapting her offerings to your needs with what she had on hand. Mine, which I highly recommend, was the mushroom sandwich with caramelized onions and avocado on multigrain bread. I also loved the iced caramel macchiato with oat milk.
