Awesome vegan food

This cafe serves several vegan positions and vegetarian one. You can ask not to add the egg to vegetarian dish. That’s what I did. I asked to cook the Sahib without egg. The Sahib with the pickled tofu and zucchini is a very tasty, satisfying and flavourful thin toasted tortilla with vegan Aioli sauce. Next time I’m gonna try the salad with falafel, the salad with bulgur and quinoa.

Vegan poke is an extravaganza of tastes and products. You think that you see all the ingredients on your plate, but with every next bite you realize there are much more ingredients than you thought. Pickled tofu is a little bit spicy, but can be eaten up with chukka or fresh crispy pea pods hidden under other ingredients. Served cold.

Delicious drinks, perfect coffee!

There's also a vegan salad with pickled chickpeas and popcorn.
Delicious vegan dressing!
