Vegan cornbread!!! - Edit
Even though they also serve animal products, they have a whole section of their menu devoted to vegan options with plenty of choices. The owner/chef used to be vegan, so they get it. Got to chat with them a bit while I enjoyed my food ;)
Read moreThe VEGAN CORNBREAD was so good that I had to get more for the road (and it was still delicious and moist several hours later). Staff were very accommodating of my dietary restrictions and the food was delicious! Wish I lived nearby so I could go on the regular.

Visited twice. Loved everything we ordered. It’s nice to have the traditional breakfast option. Will be back on a regular basis. I don’t agree with giving less stars based on price. Rent in this area is very high.

This place is admittedly not very healthy, and a little expensive… But the food is amazing!! It is a great special treat for breakfast if that’s what you’re looking for. The egg sandwiches are incredible, the pancakes are amazing, and I’m sure everything else on the menu is delicious! As a vegan of many years, my husband and I have been here a few times and I have thoroughly enjoyed every single thing that we’ve gotten. Hands down the best vegan breakfast around

Love the large vegan menu, that’s so great! But $24 for chicken & pancakes at a cafe that you can’t sit in and takes 20 min? Also called coffee & cornbread but they only have pot coffee and are out of vegan cornbread according to the menu.😒

I go to Coffee & Cornbread every time I'm in town. I see that previous reviews talk about small serving sizes but that's not my experience. The first time ordered I made the mistake of getting a double stack of vegan pancakes; they were the size of my head but SO light and fluffy. They have a vegan bacon that I've never tried anywhere else and it's amazing. Breakfast foods are served with real maple syrup and vegan butter. Their vegan cornbread is moist and perfect. And they're really nice too! Seriously, you should go there. They're doing takeout during COVID but I will happily eat this food in my car or in a park.

I visited them couple times in Teaneck location. Food is very good. They are very knowledgeable about vegan food. Unfortunately can’t give them 5 stars because they do serve non vegan food. Plus their servings are pretty small and prices high.

In regards to pricing not only is our costs high when purchasing items for our Vegan menu, we are also a fully non-gmo and organic restaurant so things like the seasoning, produce, bread, creamers, sugar, coffee, sauces etc are all fully organic.

Vegan food here is as promised, delicious vegan comfort food! a previous review said pricey but to me that is to be expected when eating vegan comfort food as the cost of those items is unfortunately still high.
