Greetings Bartlee- Thanks for your feedback and the awesome review. In regards to pricing not only is our costs high when purchasing items for our Vegan menu, we are also a fully non-gmo and organic restaurant so things like the seasoning, produce, bread, creamers, sugar, coffee, sauces etc are all fully organic.
