Serves meat, vegan options available. At the University's Higgins Dining Hall you'll find a salad bar, daily vegan soup, and vegan entree station that offers a different menu for lunch and dinner. Also has a simple serving station offering top 8 allergy-free foods which means most of the sides will be vegan. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-8:00pm. Closed during school breaks.

Clark knows what's up - Edit

I went to Clark for 5 years and loved the options in the dining hall. They have a decked out salad bar and a fully vegan station right when you walk in. Menu is nutritionally balanced and you rarely eat the same thing twice. The kosher station usually has a vegan option, and the vegan pizza is crave-worthy!!
