Came by here to walk around and saw a vegan treat tent! Had to stop by and tried their chocolate PB cookie! Would go back.

Besides some vegan options at the Gozleme place, churros and delicious south american fruit bowls there are Veganyumm, Grassfed and a falafel stall- 3 completely vegan food stalls

Not too many options, but worth taking a peek - Edit
I had a jackfruit bibimbap that tasted great. The gözleme felt kind of sad without some vegan cheese, and ordered a bun that seemed to only have veggies in the filling, but that also had eggs in the end, so I couldn't eat it after the first bite. The vegan stall only had fruit bowls, so I didn't even bother.

I go just because they sell custard apples and black sapote’s!! So good. There’s also a falafel truck which sells homemade falafels that are very reasonable price for the amount and size you get!
