Better than Cinnabon, that’s for sure

I’d recommend this place to literally anyone - vegan or not, lovers of cinnamon rolls, people who are just kind of meh on baked goods, junk food addicts, health nuts. I didn’t expect to like this as much as I did - not a huge fan of sugary stuff and generally unimpressed by most novelty items. I’m vegan but everyone I’ve gone here with has been an omnivore and loves it...and I’ve been an alarming number of times. Ask the staff for recommendations - they’ll usually give you samples of different icing flavors too - some were definitely a little too sugary for my liking but there are so many options that it’s nbd. Haven’t tried the brownies (yet) but I bet they’re amazing too.

Pros: Totally vegan (and better than traditional ones), Super customizable, Friendly service

Cons: Range from sweet to pure sugar, No parking, Limited menu, but that’s kind of the point

Amazingly Indulgent Treats

As a vegan, finding truly indulgent sweets/desserts out and about is nearly impossible, but Cinnaholic fills that void perfectly.

Try the Cookie Monster - you won’t regret it (though your waistline might). I’m going back soon for the Fluffernutter! Plus you can build your own cinnamon roll, choosing your own toppings.

Pros: Delicious food

Sweet Vegan Hedonism

I visited the PB location and tried the Groupon Cinnaholic Variety Pack: One Chocolate Chip Cookie, One Brownie, and Two Cinnamon Rolls for $8.25. With the cinnamon rolls I got to choose a different frosting flavor and topping for each. Wow. Yum. Pure sweet vegan hedonism. My toppings were brownie bits on one and vegan marshmallows on the other. In the future I'll pick fruit or nuts, LOL! I ate one (1) of each dessert on four (4) separate days and still have #FlatAbs. Can I be their spokesperson like Jared Fogle was for Subway since I ate their desserts and maintained #FlatAbs? LOL.
Aside from voucher deals on Groupon or Living Social, they also have coupons in the VeganDiego! newsletter, but that newsletter needs to add a disclaimer to one of their Facebook page listings that it is run by cyberbullies and trolls! In that category I include co-belligerents who play political correctness cops! #CyberSmile

Pros: Totes vegan dessert heaven!, Groupon & Living Social vouchers!, Coupons!

Cons: Pacific Beach tourist trap!, Too much sugar!, I'm not their #FlatAbs spokesperson! LOL.
